Terms of Service

1. Services

Bigdar Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Seattle–Bellevue–Tacoma area. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon payment via Stripe. Prices shown are inclusive of all fees. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for property sizes or conditions materially different from what was entered during booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the booking fee. No-shows forfeit the full amount.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific items listed on your service checklist.

5. Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Bigdar Cleaning is not responsible for damage to property that was pre-existing or caused by conditions outside our control.

6. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
