• To fulfill and manage your cleaning bookings
• To send booking confirmations and reminders via email
• To process payments via Stripe
• To improve our service based on usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). All processors are GDPR/CCPA-compliant.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and optionally Meta Pixel to understand how users find and interact with our site. You can opt out via your browser's cookie settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@bigdar.com.
